El mundo post pandemia y la escasez de personal de logística

Hablaremos de este problema desde el principio ya que, si bien una de las industrias que más se vio afectada por los recientes hechos globales ha sido la logística, no quiere decir que el 100% de la escasez de chóferes y personal de almacén se deba a estos problemas. No se trata de solo tener empleados operativos en el momento, sino de que quienes entren en la empresa y en la industria decidan quedarse a largo plazo o si es posible toda su vida laboral.
